Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Marzi platform and related services.
By creating an account, accessing the Marzi platform, starting a Trial, or purchasing a Subscription, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Marzi.
This document is published in English and in Polish. The English version is the original; where the two differ, the English version prevails, except where mandatory consumer law applicable to you provides otherwise.

3.Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in the jurisdiction applicable to you.
If you use Marzi on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Marzi may be used by both businesses and consumers.
4.Account registration
To use certain features of Marzi, you must create an Account.
You may register using email and password or an eligible Google authentication method.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify us promptly if you believe that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
One person must not create multiple Accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional Trial periods or circumventing restrictions imposed by these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that any link, product code, marketplace login or other information you enter into Marzi is information you are entitled to provide and to use for the purpose for which you enter it.
5.Free trial
Marzi currently offers a seven-day free Trial.
The Trial:
- lasts for seven calendar days from activation;
- does not require a payment card;
- does not require payment information;
- is available only once per Account;
- does not automatically convert into a paid Subscription.
At the end of the Trial, access to paid features may require the User to select and purchase a paid Subscription.
No payment will automatically be charged merely because the Trial expires.
Marzi reserves the right to determine eligibility for a Trial and to prevent abuse of the Trial system.
6.Paid subscriptions
Marzi may offer monthly and annual Subscription plans.
Current plans and prices are displayed on the Marzi website and/or within the Platform before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, monthly Subscriptions renew every month; annual Subscriptions renew every year; the applicable fee is charged at the beginning of each Billing Period; and a Subscription continues until cancelled or terminated in accordance with these Terms.
The price applicable to a Subscription is the price presented to the User at the time of purchase, subject to applicable taxes and any information displayed at checkout.
Annual plans may be presented as an equivalent monthly price for marketing purposes, but the annual fee is charged as a single annual payment.
7.Automatic renewal
Paid Subscriptions automatically renew for successive Billing Periods unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
The renewal price will be the then-current applicable price for the selected plan unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law.
Before purchasing a Subscription, the User will be shown the applicable price and billing frequency.
The User may cancel a Subscription at any time through the available billing management functionality. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal but does not terminate the current paid Billing Period immediately.
8.Usage-based services and Request Credit
Alongside Subscriptions, Marzi offers usage-based features, in particular AI Integration (the MCP server), which your own AI client or an automated monitor calls on demand.
Requests are priced per thousand requests at the rate shown in the Platform. Each Account receives a free allowance of requests; once the allowance is used, requests are paid from the Request Credit held on the Account.
Requests that fail and requests answered from the cache are not charged.
The User may set a daily spending cap for the Account. When the cap, the free allowance and the Request Credit are exhausted, further requests are refused until the cap resets or the Request Credit is topped up. Marzi may also apply request limits where a plan states them.
Request Credit is topped up on request: we issue an invoice and credit the Account once payment is received. Request Credit does not expire while the Account is active, is not transferable between Accounts, and is refundable only where a refund is required by applicable law or is expressly agreed by us.
Rates, free allowances and the current balance are shown in the Platform before use.
9.Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment infrastructure provided by Stripe.
Marzi does not receive or store the full payment card number or card security code.
Stripe may process payment information, billing information and payment-related data in accordance with its own terms and privacy documentation.
A payment is considered successfully completed only after confirmation through the applicable payment system.
10.Invoices and payment records
For applicable transactions, Stripe may generate and store invoices and related payment records.
Invoices may be made available to the User through the Platform, Stripe-hosted billing functionality, or other applicable billing interfaces.
The User is responsible for providing accurate billing information where required.
11.Taxes
Prices and applicable taxes will be presented at checkout in accordance with the applicable tax rules and Marzi's billing configuration.
Where applicable, VAT or other taxes may be included in or added to the displayed price.
Business customers are responsible for providing accurate business and tax information, including applicable VAT identification information.
12.Cancellation
A User may cancel a paid Subscription using the billing functionality made available by Marzi.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation prevents future renewal; the current paid Billing Period remains active until its scheduled end; and cancellation does not automatically entitle the User to a refund for unused time in the current Billing Period.
Cancellation does not affect payment obligations that accrued before cancellation.
13.Consumer withdrawal rights and refunds
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where applicable, consumers entering into distance contracts may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. EU consumer law provides specific rules concerning digital services and the commencement of performance during the withdrawal period.
Where a consumer expressly requests that a digital service begin before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period, the legal consequences of that request will apply, including any applicable rules concerning payment for services already provided or loss of the right of withdrawal where the statutory conditions are satisfied.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights under applicable law.
Except where a refund is required by law or expressly agreed by Marzi, Subscription fees are non-refundable.
If you believe that you are entitled to a refund, write to us at [email protected].
14.Products distributed through third-party marketplaces
Some Marzi products are distributed through a third-party platform rather than through the Platform. Marzi Allegro Scraper is published on the Apify Store and is billed by Apify per unit of result delivered, under Apify's own terms, pricing and billing.
A Marzi Account, Trial or Subscription is not required to use such a product, and the sections of these Terms on Accounts, Subscriptions and Request Credit do not apply to it. The sections on acceptable use, intellectual property, the data source, disclaimers and liability do apply.
15.Acceptable use
You must use Marzi lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- use Marzi for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or another user's Account;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
- circumvent technical restrictions or access controls;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- use automated means to overload or disrupt the Platform;
- resell or sublicense access to Marzi unless expressly authorised;
- share Account credentials in a manner that circumvents applicable plan or access restrictions;
- introduce malicious code, malware or other harmful material;
- use information obtained through Marzi in breach of applicable law, including data protection law, where that information concerns an identifiable individual.
16.Intellectual property
The Platform, software, design, interfaces, branding, trademarks, documentation, databases, algorithms and other materials provided by Marzi are owned by or licensed to Marzi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Services during an active Subscription or Trial, no intellectual property rights are transferred to the User.
The User may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit Marzi's software or proprietary materials without our prior written permission.
17.User information
You retain rights in information and materials that you lawfully provide to Marzi.
You grant Marzi the rights necessary to host, process, transmit and otherwise use such information solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain and improve the Services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such information to Marzi.
18.Data source and independence
Marzi reads publicly available pages of allegro.pl and other public sources and presents what those pages showed at the time they were read.
Marzi is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Allegro. Allegro and other marketplace names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the source of the information.
A marketplace may change what it publishes, how it publishes it, or whether it serves a page at all, at any time and without notice. Information in the Platform may therefore be incomplete, delayed or temporarily unavailable, and a feature may stop working for reasons outside our reasonable control.
Figures that are calculated rather than read — such as revenue estimates, sales estimates and price recommendations — are labelled as estimates in the Platform.
19.Third-party services
Marzi may use third-party service providers to provide infrastructure, authentication, communications, payments, hosting, artificial-intelligence features, web data collection and other technical functionality.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Marzi is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
20.Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable and continuously available service but do not guarantee that Marzi will be available without interruption.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security measures, infrastructure failures, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, add, remove or discontinue features from time to time.
21.Information and business decisions
Marzi provides software, analytical tools and information intended to assist users in their business activities.
Marzi does not guarantee revenue, sales, profitability, business growth, product performance, market performance, ranking or visibility, or any particular business outcome.
Users remain responsible for their own commercial decisions and for independently evaluating information provided through the Platform.
22.Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
We do not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or suitable for every particular business purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
23.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marzi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or data arising from use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
For business customers, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marzi's aggregate liability arising from the Services will be limited to the fees actually paid by that customer to Marzi during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits such limitation.
24.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an Account if the User materially breaches these Terms; uses the Platform unlawfully; attempts to circumvent security or access restrictions; payment obligations remain unpaid; or suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or other users.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach before termination, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary.
A User may stop using Marzi at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
25.Complaints
Users may submit complaints and support requests through the support section of the Platform or by writing to [email protected].
We will review complaints and respond within a reasonable period.
Mandatory consumer complaint and dispute-resolution rights remain unaffected.
26.Changes to the Services
We may modify the Services from time to time, including adding, modifying or removing features.
We will not use a service modification to deprive a User of a material contractual right already paid for without complying with applicable law.
27.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If a change materially affects existing users, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law.
The updated Terms will be published on the Marzi website with a new "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the Services after an effective change constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
28.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to consumers in their country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory rights granted by the laws applicable to that consumer.
